Directions from Jacksonville:
I-95 South to I-295 North/Orange Park, exit Blanding Blvd. Go south on Blanding, approx 5 miles, make a left at Kingsley Ave, our Cosmetic Medical Center is on the right hand side of the street, past Doctor's Lake Drive.
Directions from Fleming Island:
Go north on Route 17, turn left on Kingsley Ave. Our Cosmetic Medical Center is on the left-hand side of Kingsley, past Walgreens and before Doctor's Lake Drive.
Prices
Office visits with our physician are $75. If you have a procedure performed on the same day, the office visit fee is waived.
Consultations are free with other staff members.
Most of our cosmetic procedures range from $100 - $600 for a single treatment; except for Thermage which starts at $1500. Discount Packages are available for multiple treatments.
Payments
We do not accept insurance. However, we do accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.
